PURCHASE AND DELIVERY
The price of the cards is £3 each, including postage and packing.
Many people buy them for themselves or give/send to others as a greetings card or gift. They are very unique and made of superior quality that makes them perfect as an all-in-one card/gift.
The cards are sold in shops for around £4.99 (with no postage included!) and therefore for that reason we unfortunately cannot offer a discount for multiple purchases.
All orders received before midday will be sent the same day by first class post. You should allow up to 3 working days for delivery within the UK and up to 10 days for delivery elsewhere.
Cards sent to friends and family will have your message and greeting handwritten into the card.
Cards ordered to yourself will be sent with an unaddressed envelope enclosed.
When you have placed your order through our Worldpay secure payment system we will send you an e-mail to confirm we have received your order and provide the dispatch details.
THE CARDS
The cards are a unique copyrighted design. They are made up of an outer card that has 7 holes cut into it that correspond with 7 columns of memory jogging info on an insert. Each hole and the information it displays is representative of an age bracket - school, youth, twenties etc.
On the reverse of the insert are blank spaces - corresponding to the holes - for you to be able to fill-in your own special memories and your personal greeting.
The cards actually measure 28.5cm x 20cm (just smaller than A4!). For you printers out there! - they are printed on 300gsm card with gloss laminate for durability. All holes are die-cut for 100% accuracy. The envelopes are 29cm x 21cm, manufactured from white 100gsm paper!
PAYING BY CHEQUE
If you wish to pay by cheque please make it payable to The Playgroup Ltd and send to 45 Ravenscourt Road, London W6 OUJ. Please make sure you include your email and postal address with all correspondence.
REFUNDS
If you are not happy with the products please contact us at service@lifeslide.com. We aim to provide you with 100% satisfaction but if we cannot achieve this we will refund to you either the price that you have paid for the cards or replace them free of charge.
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything in these terms.
